We’re looking for a Product Design & Low-code Trainee to help us build great experiences.

Who are you guys?

Hello! 👋 We're Minimum Studio. We’re a low-code product studio. For the past few years, we've been helping great entrepreneurs from all over the world build their companies, by building beautiful products in an iterative fashion.

We do it by using a combination of thoughtful product design, visual development in Bubble, AI and traditional coding by building our own plugins and integrations.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented junior or entry-level product designer who is excited about building their own products.

Designers on our team don’t just deliver Figma designs - you’ll go from concept to final design with our clients and actually build the frontend in Bubble. This means you’ll have full control over the final user experience and you won’t depend on a developer to match your designs perfectly.

Don’t worry, you don’t need any Bubble skills yet for this role - during the traineeship, our lead designer Naël will train you on our design process & will teach you how to build beautiful frontends in Bubble. Check out some of his experiments here.

Why design for Bubble?

Having the ability to move past Figma prototypes and build real UIs is a dream come true for us as designers. Read all about that here.

Who are you?

We'd love to have you on board if you're:

  • Junior - You have 0-2 years of experience.

  • Entrepreneurial - You enjoy the feeling of building and launching new things.

  • Empathetic - You understand when a customer changes their mind or isn't 100% sure about what they want.

  • Comfortable with designing in Figma - You’ve made Figma your second home.

  • Tasteful - You have great taste when it comes to digital products & experiences.

  • A fast learner - You’re always learning something new and excited

  • Curious - You like exploring and diving down rabbit holes.

  • Passionate about solving users' problems - You get a lot of energy from designing solutions that truly work to help people.

  • Passionate about well-designed products - You're a geek when it comes to new tools, products that look great and creative solutions.

  • Collaborative - You're comfortable talking to clients and helping people understand your perspective. You can communicate your opinion well, but don't mind compromising when it's necessary.

  • Charming - You're able to inspire people through a video call & people like to talk to you.

  • Thoughtful - You can easily reflect and talk about ideas that are still conceptual.

  • Kind - Self-explanatory, but we think it's a lot easier to work with people who are nice people in general.

Location & Compensation

We're open to applicants located in Europe and Northern Africa. Take note that this is a traineeship position that starts at $1k-$2.5k/month while you're in training for 6 months, based on your existing experience & location. If you apply, make sure you can work with that compensation.

After the traineeship, designers at the studio earn anywhere from $2k/month to $5.5k/month, dependent on experience, location and responsibilities.

Why join us?

  • We're a mindful company with friendly faces - you won't work with or for any bullies.

  • We’re a fully remote and asynchronous company - you can design your own schedule.

  • We truly believe no one is doing what we're doing with visual development - we'll be figuring out the future of building products together.

  • We're having a lot of fun working with our clients - somehow we've been able to select some really friendly and inspiring people.
