We’re looking for a Low-code Development Trainee to help us build great digital products.

Who are we?

Hello! 👋 We're Minimum Studio. We’re a low-code product studio. For the past few years, we've been helping great entrepreneurs from all over the world build their companies, by building beautiful digital products in an iterative fashion.

We do it by using a combination of thoughtful product design, visual development in Bubble, AI and traditional coding by building our own plugins and integrations.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented low-code development trainee who is excited about learning how to build digital products from scratch, without having to learn a programming language. You’ll work together with a product designer and other senior low-code developers to build out new products for our clients.

We’ll teach you the skills you need to be able to build apps. You’ll use those skills to help our entrepreneurial clients build out their ideas. With both the skills and the exposure to many different businesses, we think this is a great role for someone who would like to be able to build their own startup someday.

Why learn low-code development?

If you don’t have a computer science or technical background, it takes a long time before you’re able to build and design an app from scratch. You need to learn a programming language, understand how to host your app and learn complex frameworks to get something simple up and running. Starting with low-code tools makes that 10 times easier.

We’ve seen it ourselves with Daan who was our first trainee at the studio. After finishing his Finance degree, he joined us and was able to build a complete app from scratch after only 1 month of training. Now, after two years, he casually builds an AI startup by himself on the weekends.

Who are you?

We'd love to have you on board if you're:

  • Junior - You have 0-2 years of experience.

  • Entrepreneurial - You enjoy the feeling of building and launching new things.

  • Empathetic - You understand when a customer changes their mind or isn't 100% sure about what they want.

  • Analytical - You’re very left-brained and logical in your reasoning.

  • Systematic and structured - You like thinking in systems and organizing things well.

  • A fast learner - You’re always learning something new and excited

  • Curious - You like exploring and diving down rabbit holes.

  • Passionate about tech - You love thinking about new technologies and what it can do to help people.

  • Collaborative - You're comfortable talking to clients and helping people understand your perspective. You can communicate your opinion well, but don't mind compromising when it's necessary.

  • Charming - You're able to inspire people through a video call & people like to talk to you.

  • Thoughtful - You can easily reflect and talk about ideas that are still conceptual.

  • Kind - Self-explanatory, but we think it's a lot easier to work with people who are nice people in general.

Location & Compensation

We're open to applicants located in Europe and Africa. Take note that this is a traineeship position that starts at $1k-$2.5k/month while you're in training for 6 months, based on your existing experience & location. If you apply, make sure you can work with that compensation.

After the traineeship, developers at the studio earn anywhere from $2.5k/month to $5.5k/month, dependent on experience, location and responsibilities.

Why join us?

  • We're a mindful company with friendly faces - you won't work with or for any bullies.

  • We’re a fully remote and asynchronous company - you can design your own schedule.

  • We truly believe no one is doing what we're doing with visual development - we'll be figuring out the future of building products together.

  • We're having a lot of fun working with our clients - somehow we've been able to select some really inspiring people.
